Ingredients

Salad

cups purchased broccoli coleslaw blend*
1/2
cup fresh bean sprouts
1/2
cup chopped red bell pepper
1/2
cup sliced fresh mushrooms

Dressing

tablespoons cider vinegar

tablespoon oil
1 1/2
teaspoons sugar
1 1/2
teaspoons soy sauce

Directions

  1. 1 In medium bowl, combine all salad ingredients; mix well.
  2. 2 In small jar with tight-fitting lid, combine all dressing ingredients; shake until well blended. Pour over salad; toss to coat. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until serving time.
