Expert Tips

* If broccoli coleslaw blend is unavailable, 1 1/2 cups finely chopped broccoli can be used.

Fresh mung bean sprouts, available at Asian markets and in the produce aisle of the grocery store, add crunch and mild flavor to salads and stir-fries. Sprouts are usually very inexpensive.
