Heat oven to 400°F. In medium bowl, mix pork, onion, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Shape mixture into 10 patties, 1/2-inch thick. In 12-inch nonstick skillet, cook patties over medium-high heat 8 minutes, turning once, or until meat thermometer inserted in center of patties reads 160°F.
Meanwhile, bake biscuits as directed on can. In small bowl, beat marmalade, cream cheese and chili garlic sauce with wire whisk until smooth.
In medium bowl, mix 1/3 cup of the marmalade mixture with broccoli slaw mix; toss to coat.
Split biscuits. Top bottom of each biscuit with patty, broccoli slaw and top half of biscuit. Serve with remaining sauce.
