it would have been better if they had listed the ingredients and also how to cook the chicken. i could try to figure it out but other recipes i have gotten from here showed all this info. it looks great and will try different version

This is what we are trying tonight! Only thing is, it doesn't tell you how to cook the chicken. Fry or bake? Which will have the better outcome? I'm frying it tonight, so we will see.

This was a GREAT sandwich. Even though I used breaded shrimp instead of chicken (due to Lent) it was still tasty. The chew of the breaded honey meat and the crisp snap of the veggies was a great contrast. One suggestion would be to add a little something extra to the mayo, maybe more ginger or something you have laying around the pantry. Again this is a great dinner, my sister and I split the french loaf in half and ate the entire thing!
