GRILL DIRECTIONS: In 12x8-inch (2-quart) baking dish or resealable foodstorage plastic bag, combine all marinade ingredients; mix well. Place halibut in marinade; turn to coat. Cover dish or seal bag. Refrigerate 4 to 6 hours to marinate, turning occasionally.
Heat grill. When ready to grill, generously oil wire grill basket or carefully oil grill rack. Remove fish from marinade; reserve marinade. Place fish in well-oiled grill basket or directly on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals. Cook 10 to 14 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork, turning once and brushing frequently with marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
