A great dish. It has a lot of flavor and is very filling. I was hesitant about the bamboo shoots but it really pulled the whole thing together.

This recipe was really easy to make, and tasted like I spent more time on it. I wasn't sure what hoisin sauce was and almost didn't buy it, but it really added to it, and wasn't spicy either.
