Yummy! I used Rosmary and Olive Oil bread and it was a delicious addition :-)

Instead of using a rustic bread use a herb bread or multi grain bread. Good source of nutrients while it adds an extra taste of yumminess.

Can anyone think of a way to make this low carb? Instead of all the bread? It sounds fabulous, but I try not to eat bread. Thanks!

Delicious!! I made this for Easter brunch, it was a hit! I increased the pepper, reduced the salt and reduced the amount of cheese. I used a crusty loaf of rosemary bread and also added some mushrooms. This is a new favorite.
