easy to make and tastes soo good. I've made it several times to bring to a neighborhood get together, everyone loves it. I chop everything up a little bit more, makes it easier to eat.

The liquid in the artichoke containers is for preservation. The hearts have been infused with the flavors. I have no trouble at all with rinsing before chopping!

I have made these several times for parties and they are always a hit. I add a little dry ranch mix to the cream cheese for a some extra flavor.

This recipe appeals to me because it uses fresh ingredients growning in my garden! An excellent addition is fresh basil and oregano for anyone else with a kitchen garden. : )

Fantastic appetizer. I added granulated garlic to the cream cheese mixture and did not use tomatoes because I did not have them on hand. I also made it "healthified" by using reduced fat crescent rolls, fat free cream cheese, light miracle whip, and low sodium bacon. No one had any clue! You can also mix it up and add your favorite veggies. Such a great spin on a traditional veggie pizza. This is one recipe I will use for a long time!

My husband and i loved everything about it except thought the artichokes favor was a little too strong. I would almost leave those out. Over all it was great!!
