Place bread slices on ungreased cookie sheet. Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat for 1 to 3 minutes or until light golden brown.
Heat oven to 400°F. Turn bread slices over; sprinkle lightly with garlic powder.
In medium bowl, combine artichoke hearts and peppers; mix gently. Top bread slices with artichoke mixture and cheese slices.
Bake at 400°F. for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and artichoke mixture is hot.
