My whole family loved this recipe!! I used Special K in place of the total and Craisins instead of dried apricots, and it was delicious!

I made this recipe last night. Having dried apricots also the preserves, was excellant. The glaze looked fabulous and tasted great. My grandson ,daughter and husband all applauded this beautiful dinner. I served yellow & green zuccinis and carrots strips sauted in butter. My hair dresser wants the recipe. I made copies for my next weeks visit. I did not have total, used another cereal that subsituted fine. I used more preseves to make more glaze. I am going to make sure they all will get this recipe from Pilsbury APRICOT-STUFFED-CHICKEN BREASTS.

I made this recipe for dinner tonight, and it was delicious! I liked using the whole grain Total cereal to make the stuffing--it made for a unique, nut-like taste. The use of apricots makes the chicken "company special", though I easily made this when I got home from work on a weeknight.
I'm glad I doubled the recipe. . .my husband and I will enjoy having this again tomorrow night!
