I made this for one of my 5 year old sons, and I made it even simpler than it is here... I was using the "Recipe Creations" sheet, and my other son wanted "pigs in a blanket", so I just divided the dough and made two different things... With the dough that was left, I made four squares and then cut the pinwheel slides from middle to corner. I mixed up some apricot preserves and orange marmalade and spooned a little in the center and sorta spread it around... I folded the corners and put them on parchment paper with the sausage rolls I made with the other dough. The pinwheels were done sooner Finally, I just made the powdered sugar glaze and added a tiny smidge of vanilla to the glaze...
