This was a nice easy recipe to make. The directions say to bake for 10-13 minutes or until golden brown. At 13 minutes they still looked like they had just begun to take a solid form. I had to bake an additional 6 minutes to get them to "very slightly" begin to brown. They have a very mild flavor. I will make them again but will try making one large circle to produce 8 larger scones. I will also experiment, again, with the baking time.

These scones are SO easy to make and the flavor combinations are virtually endless. Just use your imagination to create a unique and customized treat. To make them easier to share and a slightly smaller portion, I cut each 6" round into eight sections, instead of 6. Can you say "Yum"?
