Very good, I used a medium salsa and it was just the right amount of spiciness. I wanted leftovers so I tripled the sauce recipe and increased the amount of chicken to 3 lbs total.

Very good! A little sweet, maybe next time I'll reduce the amount of preserves. Served over white rice, good combo.

The salsa gives this dish a little kick and the apricot preserves a little sweetness. Excellent on rice.
