Apricot Cooler

For a pretty sparkler, mix up a pitcher of this simple blend, a perfect balance of sweet and sour fruit flavors, with plenty of refreshing bubbles.

To make cherry ice cubes, place 1 maraschino cherry in each section of an ice cube tray. Fill each section halfway with water. Freeze until firm, about 1 hour. Then, fill tray completely with water and freeze at least 1 hour or until serving.
