delicious... the sortbread/almond crust is buttery and tender. you can't really taste the almonds. you also can't taste the caramel in the filling. so what we have here is an apricot coconut bar on a shortbread crust. very easy to make and great tasting. my husband and 6 yo daugter loved them, too.

this bar is like heaven to taste, it melts in your mouth and has just the right amount of sweetness and crunch. For a sure a winner!!
