Apple Stuffed Sticky Bundt Cake

Bundt cake made with Pillsbury biscuits and apple pie filling. Really easy recipe that turns out delicious. Reminds me of sticky buns.

Ingredients

2: cans Pillsbury Grands 8 Ct. Buttermilk Biscuits (Only use 13 of the biscuits for this recipe)

1/2: Cup Unsalted butter, melted

3/4: Cup sugar

6: Teaspoons Cinnamon

1: 21 oz Can Apple Pie filling

1/2: Cup Finely Chopped Pecans

Directions

1 Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a large Bundt pan with non-stick spray. Set aside.
2 Pour sugar into small flat bowl. Mix in cinnamon. Set aside.
3 Melt butter then pour a small amount into the Bundt pan. Spread 1/2 the chopped pecans in the bottom.
4 Cut open each biscuit and insert 1 tsp. apple pie filling. Press edges to seal tight.
5 Brush both sides of sealed biscuit with melted butter then dip in the sugar/cinnamon mixture.
6 Stand biscuit in Bundt pan on its side – cut side up. Repeat with remaining biscuits.
7 Put a slice of apple between each biscuit and then dot cake top with any remaining apples.
8 Pour remaining butter over the biscuits and then any remaining sugar/cinnamon mixture and pecans.
9 Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes, or until biscuits are lightly browned.
10 Remove from oven and let stand to cool for 10 minutes.
11 Turn cake out from Bundt pan onto cake plate.
