Apple Slaw

Homemade apple-spiced dressing gives a boost to coleslaw. Mix it up in 15 minutes!

Salad

cups coleslaw mix (from 16-oz bag)

cup sliced green onions (4 medium)

medium Granny Smith apples, cubed

Dressing

tablespoons sugar

teaspoon salt

teaspoon apple pie spice

tablespoons cider vinegar

tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 In large bowl, toss salad ingredients to mix.
  • 2 In small bowl, mix dressing ingredients until well blended. Pour dressing over salad; toss gently to coat. Serve immediately, or refrigerate until serving time.
