I've made this twice, once for a large group and once for my family and it was a hit each time. We absolutely love this recipe and I'm making it for the holidays--it's a winner!! I tried to rate this a five star but only two showed, so don't let that fool you, please.

I get rave reviews on this dessert when I make it. I have a suggestion though to make it easier. Allow the cookie dough to reach room temperature, it's much easier to mix with the oats if it's more pliable.

These are sooo good, I was supposed to make cookies for my son's sunday school and so i just made these because they looked yummy and they were so easy to make, my only problem was that they took a long time to bake.
