Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease 10x6-inch (1 1/2-quart) baking dish. In medium bowl, combine bread crumbs, butter and sugar; mix well. In large bowl, combine apples, plums, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice; mix well.
Reserve 1/4 cup crumb mixture for topping. Spoon half of remaining crumb mixture evenly into greased baking dish. Top evenly with half of apple mixture. Sprinkle with remaining half of crumb mixture and 1/4 cup of the apple juice. Repeat with remaining apples, reserved crumb mixture and remaining juice. Cover tightly with foil.
Bake at 350°F. for 60 to 70 minutes or until fruit is tender, uncovering baking dish during last 15 minutes of baking time. Serve warm with ice cream.
