These are wonderful. 5 stars for yumminess, 4.9 stars for overall recipe! Just a few comments: - they are a bit fragile. I will grease the baking sheet next time! - I used a cinnamon-sugar mixture rather than flour on my cooking surface to make the pockets easier to move. Although it makes a yummy crust, when the sugar combines with the juices from the filling while baking, it makes the pockets almost impossible to remove from the baking sheet without breaking. - Apple pie filling makes this already simple recipe even easier to prepare. I diced the apple slices prior to filling the pockets

I just made these. They are, in a word, AWESOME! The perfect dessert: easy, delicious, and inexpensive. Eating one now...nomnomnom. Will definitely make these again.

These were awesome and super easy. I added some raisins, crushed walnuts, and a bit of rum extract. I brushed them with butter and sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar before baking. I did rnd up with leftover filling (I guess better than not enough). Serve with vanilla bean icecream and whipped cream. Will definitely make again!

This was fantastic. I used brown sugar instead of white and once out of the oven brushed with butter and sprinkled with white sugar.

These are great! Quick and easy to assemble and bake. Everyone said they were delicious!! Only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is because I wish I could squeeze more filling into them.
