cup unsweetened apple juice or apple cider

cup apple jelly

teaspoons Dijon mustard

Steps

  • 1 In medium nonstick skillet, combine carrots and apple juice. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 to 14 minutes or until carrots are crisp-tender.
  • 2 Uncover skillet; cook over medium heat until liquid evaporates. Stir in jelly and mustard; cook and stir until jelly is melted and carrots are glazed.
