Ingredients

2: whole Granny Smith Apples

2: cans(8oz.) Cresant Rolls

2: sticks butter

1-1/2: cup sugar

1: tsp, vanilla

1/2: tsp. cinnamon

1: can(12oz.) Mountain Dew

Directions

1 peel and core apples. Cut each apple into 8 slices each.
2 Roll each apple slice in a cresant roll. Place in a buttered 9x13 inch pan
3 Melt butter, then add sugar and cinnmon stir. Add vanilla, stir and pour mixture over apples.
4 Pour mountain dew all over apples.Bake at 350^ degrees for 40 minutes, or until tops are golden.

You can also make this recipe with equal and diet Moutain Dew. Then I also used a diet butter.

Wow, what a great recipe. I used only half of the recipe and used 7-up. These dumplings are fantastic.

This is absolutely the most scrumptious dessert and it gets raves every time I make it - be prepared to share the recipe! For the sugar, I use half granulated white sugar and half brown sugar. And, I use diet Mt Dew - as if that cancels out the other calories!

i found this recipe by accident....so easy to make..fixed it for potluck at church and family get-to-gethers. everyone loves it. can add ice cream to it but we love it by itself.
