This is a wonderful recipe! My family begs for it! I make this for parties and family gatherings all time. It's easy to make and the presentation is worth it! Delicious appetizer!!

I really loved this recipe. The actual work of putting it together is much shorter than expected! Once the brie is all prepped the rest is a breeze. The fruit mixture was just the right amount of sweet to compliment that nutty-mild flavor of the brie. I used a larger sweet apple & 2/3rds cup dried cherries because I love both fruits so I could really ladle the mixture on when it was ready to go. You end up with a few extra tablespoonfuls your yourself this way. ;) This was a great starter for my Memorial Day Festivities. Colorful, buttery-sweet, & a texture adventure for the tongue!

We all enjoyed this, made for Thanksgiving and will be making again this weekend for Christmas seeing as we have most of the ingredients still on hand. I halved the cherries and also added dried pomegranates I found, we didn't even bother to make the lattice and nobody cared it was scarfed down in minutes from the oven. Can't imagine why it has slightly low ratings, the fruit mixture didn't overpower the brie but I used sweet baking apples instead of tart because of the tartness of cherries, we used Honeycrisp apples.

Not only it is easy to make but I have to make more than one just in case people get greedy. Nice blend of flavors. To me it is just delicious.
