Steps
1
Place sheet of foil on rack below middle oven rack to catch drips. Heat oven to 425°F. Place pie crust in 9-inch glass pie pan as directed on box for One-Crust Filled Pie.
2
In large bowl, mix filling ingredients; set aside.
3
In medium bowl, mix topping ingredients with fork until crumbly. Spoon fruit into crust-lined pan. Spoon topping evenly over fruit.
4
Place pie on middle oven rack over foil; bake 50 to 70 minutes or until apples are tender and edge is bubbly. After 20 minutes of baking, cover entire pie loosely with foil to prevent excessive browning. Cool on cooling rack at least 2 hours. Serve warm or cold.

One frozen Pillsbury™ Deep Dish Pie Crust may be substituted for the refrigerated Pillsbury™ Pie Crust in this recipe. Place cookie sheet on oven rack. Heat oven as directed. Prepare filling and follow directions on package for One-Crust Filled Pie.
For a ginger twist, substitute 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger for the cinnamon in the filling.
When sprinkling streusel topping on fruit, be sure to mound and press into fruit filling.
Sometimes fruit pies have a tendency to bubble over the edges during baking. This is why we recommend placing a sheet of foil on the oven rack below the pie. It will save your oven from having to be cleaned.
Serve your apple and blueberry pie with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream for the ultimate treat!
