OMG!!! I was soooooo excited when I saw this recipe! When I was a child, my grandmother always treated us with a slice of cheddar cheese on top of her homemade apple pie! When telling people about it as an adult, they ALWAYS look at me like I'm crazy! It is delicious!!! I guess it's a south thing... But no matter where you are from, give it a try! You will love the combination thats on this biscuit!
