This is an amazingly delicious year-round recipe that compliments just about any meal, and is super easy to make. I first tried it out at Thanksgiving, and it was an instant hit. I've brought it with me to potluks since with same results. I even asked our wedding catering company to serve this in place of their signature Caesar salad, and people have been asking me for the recipe all night long! Love, love, love this salad. Only modifier I've used to give it an extra umph is using vanilla (or French vanilla) yogurt instead of plain, and occasionally toasting walnuts with cinnamon. Delish! H
