Appetizer Pie

You can bake or microwave beef and veggies in this creamy dip – whatever you like. Either way, it's ready in less than 25 minutes! Try it with French or cocktail bread.

Ingredients

(8-oz.) pkg. fat-free cream cheese, softened

tablespoons skim milk

cup nonfat sour cream

tablespoons sliced green onions

tablespoons chopped green bell pepper

teaspoon pepper

(2 1/2-oz.) jar sliced dried beef, rinsed, drained and finely chopped
1/4
cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 OVEN DIRECTIONS: Heat oven to 350°F. In medium bowl, combine cream cheese and milk; beat until smooth. Stir in all remaining ingredients except parsley; mix well. Spoon and spread mixture in ungreased 9-inch pie pan or small shallow baking dish.
  • 2 Bake at 350°F. for 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve immediately with sliced cocktail bread or French bread.
