I made these for our annual New Year's Day appetizer fest. I didn't have any ground pork so I substituted 1/2 chub of regular sausage. It took them from good to amazing. This is now my go to recipe for meatballs. I plan to switch the breakfast sausage to Italian sausage for my dishes that call for meatballs.
