Heat oven to 375°F. Soak bamboo skewers in water for 15 minutes. Spray 15x10x1-inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Cut chicken diagonally into strips 1/2 inch wide and 3 to 4 inches long. On each skewer, thread 1 piece each of green and red bell pepper and 1 or 2 strips of chicken. Place on sprayed pan.
In medium saucepan, combine all sauce ingredients; blend well. Brush some of sauce on chicken pieces.
Bake at 375°F. for 10 to 12 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
Meanwhile, bring remaining sauce to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute. Serve sauce with kabobs.
