Ingredients

tortillas de maiz
3lbs of ground beef
8
potatoes
2
tomatos
1
garlic clove
pinch of cominos
pinch of salt
pinch of oregano
water
lettuce
sour cream
vegitable oil

  • 1 cook ground beef in a deep pan add meat seasoning salt for flavor when fully cooked drain fat from beef,peel & boil potatoes until fork goes all the way through with little to no force needed.Smash meat and potatoes together.
  • 2 warm up tortillas so they can fold easily,spread the meat and potatoes on to the tortilla, deep fry the toacos in the vegitable oil (in a frying pan).
  • 3 boil the tomatos until the fork goes through with little to no force, put cooked tomatoes in a blender with the hot water (enough to cover tomatos) add salt,cominos,oregano until liquified. put in a serving bowl.
  • 4 add lettuce and sour cream to the inside of your tacos add red sauce and enjoy!

guacamole also tastes good added on with everything else.
