Enjoy these tasty breadsticks made in alphabet shapes - ready in 30 minutes.

Ingredients

1
can (11 ounce) refrigerated breadsticks
1
cup pizza sauce

Steps

  • 1 Heat the oven to 375°F.
  • 2 Remove the dough from the can. Unroll the dough and separate it at the perforations to form 12 strips. (Perforations are tiny cuts in the dough that look like little lines.) Shape the strips of dough on the cookie sheet into any letters you want. (You do not need to grease the cookie sheet.)
  • 3 Bake the dough letters for 13 to 15 minutes or until they look golden brown.
  • 4 While the dough letters are baking, measure out the pizza sauce. Put it in the small saucepan. Heat the pizza sauce over medium heat until it is hot all the way through. Pour the sauce into the dish.
  • 5 Carefully take the cookie sheet out of the oven with the pot holders. Use the pancake turner to remove the letters from the cookie sheet. Serve the warm letters with the warm pizza sauce for dipping.

To give these dough letters cheesy, sprinkle a little Parmesan cheese over the top of the dough before you bake them.
