A special dessert for two couldn't be easier, with a convenient biscuit crust and tasty macadamia nut cookies sprinkled over a peachy filling.

Couldn't find most of the ingredients and going from store to store to look for them was not fun. Won't make again!

I have made this for the two of us and even a crowd. The last time I made it I served it with cinnamon ice cream and I had used frozen fresh peaches. A delicious dessert that is simple.

This recipe is so easy and the results are delightful. Have tried it with Chocolate Chip cookies, Mmmmmmm.

Loved it! Simple and quick. As fresh peaches are in season, I used 1/2 sliced peach for each pie. Delicious served warm with a scoop of Cool Whip or vanilla ice cream.

A perfect recipe for my husband and me. They remind me of our honeymoon in Hawaii!
