These are delicious!!! Instead of melting choc chips with the oil, i just poured choc chips over them right after taking out of the oven and letting them melt (saved time, energy and more dishes to wash!!!) then spreading out the chocolate. Next time I make them (I will!) I am going to add some almond extract to the coconut mixture for a little more almond flavor.
