Can't get much easier! I like the idea of making them into "Snickerdoodles". Sure saves a lot of time.

Great for those last minute, forgotten bake sales or when company drops in! You could also omit the ginger and add cinnamon for a quick "snickerdoodle" cookie. Use the almonds or omit...whatever you like.
