Ingredients

1 - Pillsbury® Refrigerated Sugar Cookie Dough 16.5 oz roll
1
cup apricot jam
1/2
cup toasted slivered almonds
1
cup chocolate chips

  • 1 Preheat the oven to 350 , and press the cookie dough into a 9x13 inch pan. Bake for 20 minutes.
  • 2 When the cookie has cooled, spread the apricot jam over the cookie, and sprinkle the almonds evenly over top.
  • 3 Melt the chocolate chips in a bowl in the microwave at 30 second intervals until smooth. Drizzle with a spoon over the cookie using a back and forth motion.

Toast the almond slivers until they are golden brown in a dry pan on the stove or on a separate sheet in the oven while the cookie is baking. You can use dark, milk, or white chocolate.
