This a good alternative to a traditional "red sauce" lasagna. The flavor is good and it wasn't too time consuming to make (20-25 minutes plus baking time). I diced my vegies really small so my kids would eat them. I also used fresh broccoli and not the frozen that was called for in the recipe. I will make this again for my family!
