INGREDIENTS
1(16.3-oz.) can Pillsbury® Grands!® Refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits
8(1-oz.) slices Canadian bacon or cooked ham
1(1.25-oz.) pkg. hollandaise sauce mix
8eggs, poached
DIRECTIONS
1.Heat oven to 375°F. Bake biscuits as directed on can.*
2.Meanwhile, lightly brown Canadian bacon slices in skillet; keep warm over low heat. Prepare hollandaise sauce as directed on package. Prepare poached eggs.
3.To serve, split warm biscuits; place 2 halves on each plate. Top each with bacon slice, poached egg and sauce.
