INGREDIENTS
1can (14.75 oz) Green Giant® cream style sweet corn
4oz cream cheese, softened
3cups chopped cooked chicken
1can (4.5 oz) Old El Paso® chopped green chiles
1/8teaspoon chili powder, if desired
2cups shredded Cheddar cheese or Mexican cheese blend (8 oz)
1can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury® Grands!® Homestyle refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1/2cup sour cream, if desired
DIRECTIONS
1.STIR together corn and cream cheese in large bowl. Stir in chicken, chiles, chili powder and 1 cup of the cheese.
2.CUT each biscuit into 8 pieces. Add biscuit pieces to chicken mixture; stir gently to mix. Spoon into sprayed 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish.
3.BAKE at 375°F 15 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup cheese. Bake an additional 12 to 15 minutes or until edges are deep golden brown and center biscuit pieces are no longer doughy. Top with sour cream.
High Altitude (3500-6500 ft):  Bake 30 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup cheese. Bake 25 to 30 minutes longer.
