My fiance and I make our own pizzas seperately and divide the pizza into two or more parts. Leftovers are excellent for lunch the next day (or as a snack from freezer to toaster oven when company drops in unexpectedly). Pesto also works really well as a base instead of tomato sauce. Finally, the crust streches somewhat when you place it on the baking sheet. If you prefer it a little thinner, just lift and tug gently on the edges one at a time.
