  1. How should I bake my Jeno's® Pizza in order to produce a crispy crust?
    Baking the pizza directly on the oven rack will produce a crispier crust. See package for oven temperature and cook time.

  2. How should I bake my Jeno's® Pizza in order to produce a softer crust?
    Cooking the pizza on a baking sheet in the oven will produce a softer crust. See package for oven temperature and cook time.

  3. Can I cook the pizza in a microwave oven?
    No, we do not recommend it.

  4. Can I bake the pizza in a toaster oven?
    No, we do not recommend it.

  5. I accidentally let the pizza thaw. Can I still eat it?
    We do not recommend using any product that has been thawed at room temperature. If the pizza has thawed in a refrigerator, you should immediately refreeze and cook it within 24 hours. However, the quality of the pizza may be affected.

  6. What if I cannot find my favorite flavor of Jeno's® Pizza?
    We would like to have all stores carry all our products. Unfortunately, this isn't always the case. We recommend you express your interest in purchasing a particular product to your local store manager.
