Police Officer

Shelby is a police officer whose grandmother taught her how to bake. In recent years baking has become a big hobby. For fair time, neighbors serve as cheerleaders and taste testers. In 2008, her Cherry-Red Raspberry Pie placed in the top three pies at the Iowa State Fair in Des Moines, which has one of the largest competitive food divisions in the country. Her creation has just 6 filling ingredients, but don’t let its simplicity fool you…it’s scrumptious.
