Store biscuits on a shelf in the refrigerator. Temperatures in the refrigerator's door shelves or crisper may be too warm or too cold. Keep dough refrigerated until just before baking. Warm dough may be sticky and hard to handle.

What if I forget to refrigerate the biscuit dough?
Biscuit dough that is left unrefrigerated for more than two hours should be discarded.

Can I use some of the biscuits now and save some for later?
Yes! Perfect Portions™ are packaged in convenient twin packs so that you can bake two biscuits at a time while the rest stay freshly sealed in the refrigerator.

Can I open a twin pack and use only one biscuit and save the other for later?
No, once a pouch is opened, both biscuits must be baked right away.

Can I freeze the unbaked dough?
For best results, we do not recommend freezing the unbaked biscuit dough.

Can I freeze baked biscuits?
Yes! For best results, use within one month after freezing.

Can I microwave the unbaked dough?
No. The uneven heat of a microwave prevents the dough from browning and baking through.

Can I bake biscuits in a toaster oven?
Yes, each carton of Perfect Portions™™ has baking instructions for the toaster oven located on the back of the box.

Do I need to preheat the oven?
Yes, preheat the oven for 10 minutes before baking. This important step will help prevent the biscuits from baking unevenly.

How do I reheat leftover biscuits?
In the oven: Wrap biscuit loosely with foil and heat at 350° F for 6 to 9 minutes. In the microwave: Place biscuit on microwave-safe paper towel. Microwave one biscuit on 50% power for 15 to 20 seconds, or until warm. If frozen, thaw frozen biscuits before reheating.
