FAQs

Grands!® Frozen Biscuits

  1. Can I prepare Pillsbury® Frozen Biscuits in a toaster oven?
No, it is not recommended. A toaster oven's small size often results in uneven heating, and the dough may be raw and/or burned in some places.

  2. Should I keep the product in the refrigerator or freezer?
The product should be stored in the freezer.

  3. Can I thaw and eat the product?
No, the product must be fully baked before consuming, as the product within the package is raw dough.

  4. What if my product is completely thawed?
We recommend refreezing and preparing and consuming within 24 hours for best eating quality.

  5. Do I need to preheat the oven?
Yes, preheat the oven for 10 minutes before baking. This important step will help prevent the biscuits from baking unevenly.

  6. How do I reheat leftover biscuits?
If fully baked and frozen: Thaw frozen biscuits before reheating. In the oven: Wrap loosely with foil; heat at 350° F. for 6 to 9 minutes.

  7. What’s the best way to cut the product? It seems too soft when I try to cut it with a knife.
The product is best cut with a serrated knife using a gentle sawing motion.

  8. What’s the expected shelf life of the product?
From the date of manufacture, the shelf life of the biscuits is 6 months. After that time, flavor and texture change significantly. Each package is code dated; please check the date for best results.

  9. What if I cannot find my favorite Pillsbury® Biscuits product?
Pillsbury would like all stores to carry all our products. Unfortunately, this doesn't always happen. We recommend you express your interest in a particular product to your local store manager.
