Lemon-Poppy Seed Pull-Apart Bread, Weekend Breakfast Wows
Cathy Wiechert draws much of her culinary inspiration from her father. Growing up, he owned a bakery and Cathy remembers people would come from miles away to buy Dutch speculaas cookies from him. Growing up, Cathy’s best friend’s family owned a restaurant. With both sets of parents often working late, Cathy and her friend had to fend for themselves for dinner. “We put together some interesting hamburgers in the kitchen!” she says.
