Venice CA Retired school teacher.I help out( along with my husband of 45 years ) our young families in the neighborhood when they need help with babysitting ,chicken soup for a cold or maybe cookies for dessert. Our son is 34 and we are enjoying retirement hiking and backpacking.

We caught crab off Orcas Island WA, cooked it and dipped it in butter with lemon. Had fresh blackberry cobbler-great food with family and friends.

Pizza dough---you can make almost anything for dinner in a hurry.
Our son was traveling for business and ate a delicious pie at a restaurant.The restaurant owner told him it was a Pillsbury Bake Off Winner: Pecan Mystery Pie. It has become a family favorite.
