My grandpa was a professional baker. He owned two bakeries in the midwest. He was best known for his cinnamon rolls. Some people compared them to TJ Cinnamon rolls...only better! He gave me my interest in cooking and baking at the young age of 3. I have all of his secret recipes written in his private journal dated 1908. Only problem...most of the recipes are for 50 to 100 items such as the cinnamon rolls. I love them, but not 100 rolls at a time! Lol....
