With Pillsbury® refrigerated biscuits, it's easy to make pocket (pita) breads at home. Plus, they will be more fresh and tender than the ones you buy at the supermarket. Reminiscent of gyro sandwiches, the spiced ground lamb filling tucked inside the bread makes for a satisfying supper. 

Pat out each biscuit to a 6-inch round. Brush each with beaten egg white. Stack two biscuit rounds together.

Using a fork, crimp edges to seal. Place on a cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 15 to 19 minutes or until golden brown. a fork crimping the edges of two rounds to seal the edges then placed on a cookie sheet. baked biscuit rounds on a cookie sheet.
