We all grew up with PB&J sandwiches and loved them. How can you beat those flavors? There are just flavors that go together so well, they are simply timeless. Most adults still love the taste of PB&J but when was the last time you served them at a party? It’s not usually the sort of thing we serve at an adult party, brunch or even as a dessert, but why not?

My Peanut Butter and Jelly Bites are elegant enough to serve at any meal or even as a dessert. You get all the taste of peanut butter and jelly in my cute little bites that even the kids will go crazy over.

I use Pillsbury® refrigerated crescent dinner rolls cut in half, some crunch peanut butter and any jam you like. My favorite is Strawberry.

Before I bake them I give them a little brush of heavy cream and a sprinkle of coarse natural sugar. This gives them a golden coating when they bake up. bite before and after baking
These are so good that I guarantee they won’t even have a chance to cool off before everyone eats them. I made these one morning at breakfast recently and my husband told me, after eating three of them, that I had to get the rest of them out of the house because he couldn’t be trusted with the rest of them. Once the kids woke up, it was all over.
