Lemon Parmesan Foil-Pack Broccoli How-To

STEP ONE: MIX INGREDIENTS

Tear off two 12-inch lengths of heavy duty aluminum foil to make foil packets. Place half the broccoli in the center of each length of foil. We use Green Giant Steamers to keep prep quick. Top with lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.

STEP TWO: CREATE FOIL PACKS

Bring up the 2 sides of foil so that the edges meet. Seal the edges, making a tight ½-inch fold. Fold the foil again, allowing for room on the sides of the foil packs. Fold the other sides to seal.

STEP THREE: GRILL

Place the foil packet on the grill over indirect heat. Cover the grill and cook for 15 to 25 minutes or until the broccoli is heated through; carefully open the foil packs. Add the Parmesan cheese and serve.
