Spinach-Artichoke Mini Bites How-To

These could not be easier and are a time-saver for dinner or even for entertaining a crowd. The best part about this? Store-bought Pillsbury® pizza dough! All you have to do is unroll it.

In addition to pizza dough, we need the ingredients for our spinach artichoke filling: Fresh spinach, jarred artichokes, basil pesto and cream cheese.

Get your dough ready. Unroll and shape into a large rectangle. Cut into 12 evenly sized pieces. Press each piece into a muffin cup. Now they are all set for the filling. cut dough into rectangles
Start by heating some olive oil in a pan. Add the spinach and cook until it begins to wilt. This only takes a minute or so. Add the artichokes. cook spinach and add artichokes
Add cream cheese and pesto; stir until the cheese has melted. See how creamy it looks? add cream cheese and pesto
Fill each dough cup with the filling. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes and you’re done! finished bites on a plate
